Hours: 6 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. (FT – 36 hours) Days: FT – 3 nights per week
The Wayne County Care Center is currently accepting applications for the position of LPN for the County’s 50 bed skilled/ intermediate nursing facility.
Responsibilities of the RN OR LPN:
* Provide professional nursing care to the residents
* Direct and assist the day to day functions of the nursing assistants
* Keep the facility staff in compliance with licensure regulations
* Ensure charting/ documentation is completed in a timely and complete manner
* Communicate with all departments in order to provide quality service
* Ensure that staff are mentored to provide constant, quality resident care
Requirements of RN OR LPN:
* Valid LPN license
* Experience in Point Click Care and long term care preferred
* Compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service and excellence in senior care
* Ability to be a responsible and dependable team member who can take direction well
* Adaptable and able to work under pressure
